The Company cannot be held responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact information.
s98com accepts deposits from Pakistani players via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other approved payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the s98com account. Third-party deposits — including payments made on your behalf by another person — are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable responsible gaming checks. In any event, s98com's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, s98com reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a serious breach — including fraud or criminal activity — s98com may apply the withheld balance against any loss or damage suffered by the Company or other affected parties.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their s98com account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard identity verification.
